Job summary

Taylor Root is seeking a compliance professional to advise on Dutch and European regulatory requirements for alternative investment fund managers, helping shape the firm’s compliance programme, governance framework and financial crime controls.

You will work across investment, legal, finance and investor relations to ensure day-to-day regulatory compliance and support fundraising and strategic initiatives within a leading European private markets platform.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Law or related discipline.
Experience with Dutch and European financial regulatory frameworks for asset managers.
Strong knowledge of AIFMD, Wft and Wwft and AML/CFT requirements.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor on Dutch and European regulatory framework for alternative investment fund managers, translating requirements into practical solutions.
Work with investment, legal, finance and investor relations on day-to-day matters and fundraising.
Maintain and enhance the firm's compliance framework and governance processes.
Draft, review and implement policies, procedures and internal controls.
Conduct risk assessments and monitoring activities and track regulatory developments.
