Community Lead (Web3/DeFi Protocol)

Location: Remote – US/Europe/Latam/Dubai (5 hrs EST overlap)

Compensation: $130K – $180K

Join a well‑funded, expert‑led team building the unified yield engine for the crypto economy. We are creating the platform that intelligently reallocates assets across DeFi protocols to maximize returns. This is a foundational role to build and activate a world‑class community that drives adoption and amplifies our mission.

The Opportunity

• Strategy Ownership: Design and execute a comprehensive community strategy from the ground up that drives engagement, education, and evangelism.
• Community Building: Build, manage, and scale online communities across key platforms (Discord, X, Telegram), cultivating a positive culture and fostering grassroots advocacy.
• Content & Events: Lead the creation of community‑focused content initiatives and organize digital and in‑person events (AMAs, workshops, meetups).
• Growth & Empowerment: Grow and empower the next generation of on‑chain users, developers, and advocates, translating community feedback into actionable insights for the product team.
• Ambassadorship: Act as a key public‑facing representative for the protocol, creating clarity, energy, and momentum within decentralized groups.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Community Management, Marketing, or Ecosystem roles within the crypto or Web3 industry.
• Crypto Fluency: Deep familiarity with crypto culture, the DeFi landscape, and major ecosystems, including EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Solana.
• Community Scaling: Proven success in managing and significantly growing online communities (Discord, X, Telegram), running successful campaigns, and establishing advocate/ambassador programs.
• Communication & Execution: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate autonomously and create momentum in a fast‑paced environment.
• Event Experience: Experience planning and executing digital and physical community events, AMAs, and content initiatives.
