Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Community Coordinator in the Netherlands to energize NextGen and student programs, build relationships with students and community groups, and run engaging events within a hybrid hospitality hub.

You’ll welcome new members, organize activities, and work closely with the Connector and hub team to ensure seamless delivery and impactful community moments. The role offers growth and a collaborative, vibrant environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in community-building or events.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills; enjoy meeting new people.
• Creative mindset with trend awareness.
• Hands-on attitude; comfortable with logistics and admin tasks.
• Able to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Fluent in local language (Dutch) and English; additional languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Bring NextGen and Student programming to life from planning to delivery.
• Build genuine relationships with students, NextGen participants and local groups.
• Welcome, onboard and activate new students and NextGen members.
• Organise events and activities that encourage connection and return visits.
• Spot opportunities to increase engagement and turn ideas into community moments.
• Track attendance, feedback and engagement and share insights with the Connector.
• Collaborate with hub team to ensure smooth delivery of activities.
• Support day-to-day delivery of the hub's community programme.
