Job summary

Myne Circular Met als in Harderwijk seeks a Commissioning Engineer to bring new technology from pilot to full production. You will install, start up, and validate components, staying with the installation to optimize performance and reliability.

Work on the plant floor with operators and engineers, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements. HBO in Mechanical/Industrial engineering or equivalent is expected, with 0–3 years hands-on experience.

Qualifications

Technical foundation in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering.
Hands-on experience with real equipment or projects.
Ability to apply theory in practice on site.
Comfortable around pumps, pipes, conveyors, and control panels.
Ability to diagnose issues and track changes.
Willingness to work closely with operators and technicians.

Responsibilities

Own: take responsibility for new systems from first start-up to full production.
Commission: install, start up, and validate components to meet targets.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across mechanics, process, and operations.
Optimize: implement lasting improvements through settings and changes.
Improve together: feed real production data to design teams for improvements.
Transfer: write procedures and train operators for ongoing operation.
