Job summary

ThunderSoft seeks an experienced project manager to collect, organize, and consolidate technical documents for a knowledge system supporting new data center infrastructure. You will record key information and provide evidence of critical test results using online systems.

You will coordinate and communicate testing activities through remote meetings and on-site supervision, while monitoring overall acceptance testing progress and addressing issues to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• PM certification preferred (PMP)
• Five+ years of relevant experience in PM, MEP, testing and validation
• Fluent in English and Chinese; local language a plus

• Monitor the timeliness of the overall acceptance testing process, identify and resolve issues promptly, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, and responsibility in all work activities.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Environmental Monitoring, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Skills & Experience: Project management, MEP installation, equipment commissioning, and testing & validation.
• Additional Qualifications:
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Language: Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in local language is a plus.
