  • Work closely with the Commercial Finance Business Partner (CFBP) to provide insights that feed into forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews.
  • Track commercial and financial performance, proactively flagging risks and opportunities to meet sales and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with the Content and Product teams to ensure fare competitiveness and margin health across markets.
  • Partner with the Strategic Partnerships team to assess and improve cost of acquisition (CoA) and partner performance.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at improving pricing efficiency, automation, and market competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with the parent company stakeholders and internal teams to support cross‑market and cross‑system projects.
What you bring to the table
  • 3–5 years of experience in a commercial analytics, pricing, or related analytical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is a plus) in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of pricing principles, commercial performance, and data analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Basic to intermediate skills in SQL, Python, and/or R are a strong plus. Experience with rule‑based machine learning models and time‑series analysis is an advantage.
  • Experience in eCommerce or travel industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working with cross‑functional and international teams.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced, data‑driven commercial environment.
