• At least 2 years of experience in commercial strategy, business intelligence, or market intelligence.
• Strong ability to turn complex data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
• Experience with market research, competitor analyses, and performance analytics.

• Establish clear reporting cycles and ensure commercial data is accurate, consistent, and easy to use.

• Work closely with commercial and other cross-functional teams to ensure intelligence and reporting are aligned with business priorities.

What You'll Need

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or another relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in commercial strategy, business intelligence, consulting, market intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and commercial performance analysis.
• Ability to design and implement structured processes for collecting, organizing, and sharing intelligence.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience building KPI dashboards and management reporting.
• Experience with BI tools, SQL, and CRM systems is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, functions and geographies.
