Job description
Commercial Controller Benelux - Vitamin Well Group

Vitamin Well Group is establishing a new subsidiary to reinforce our commitment to the Benelux region. With Vitamin Well, Barebells and NOCCO expanding in the market, we are forming a local team covering sales, finance, marketing and operations to drive that growth. This move strengthens our presence and sets us up for long‑term success.

We are not here to blend in, we are here to grow.

This is a new role that will lead the finance function for our Benelux business. You will have full responsibility for financial reporting, planning and analysis, and act as a key business partner to Sales, Marketing and Operations in Benelux. You will work closely with the Group’s Finance team at the head office in Stockholm, ensuring alignment and contributing to group‑wide financial processes and initiatives. The position is based at our new hub in Amsterdam and reports to the Group CFO in Stockholm.

In Short Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Owning the financial planning and reporting processes for Benelux, including month‑end close, forecasts, budget and analysis
  • Acting as FP&A partner to local commercial teams – providing clear financial insights and supporting decision‑making, e.g., in customer negotiations and contracts
  • Leading pricing analysis and facilitating the local pricing forum
  • Ensuring profitability tracking at customer and product level
  • Monitoring discounts, rebates and trade terms
  • Driving internal benchmarking and supporting operational improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with Group policies, regulations and local legal requirements
  • Handling office‑related and company car agreements, liaising with external partners such as reporting to authorities, and supporting the local organization with other ad‑hoc matters
What you can expect
  • A central role in building our new subsidiary in the Netherlands, with direct impact on growth and results.
  • Working with strong international brands that consumers already know, recognise, and love.
  • An entrepreneurial, fast‑moving environment where decisions are made quickly and execution matters.
  • This is where you get to build the business, shape the market and leave a mark.
Who are you

You are confident working independently and taking full ownership of financial processes. You thrive in a commercial and sales‑driven environment, working closely with teams to turn numbers into insights that support sound business decisions. Hands‑on and analytical, you combine structure with a commercial mindset and enjoy working in an international setting.

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in FP&A, business or commercial controlling
  • Preferably solid accounting knowledge
  • Experience from a commercial or sales‑driven environment (e.g. FMCG or similar industry)
  • Solid experience with Excel and Power BI
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus)
