Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers. You will document damage, specify parts and repairs, and align with team KPIs to drive efficient service.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and DRP compliance. A valid driver’s license and willingness to complete I-CAR training are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with management during daily production walks and team meetings.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Support health and safety initiatives and training.
