Job summary

Eastmen Human Resources B.V. is seeking a machine woodworker in the Netherlands to operate CNC wood machining equipment and ensure high-quality processing of panel materials such as melamine-faced chipboard, MDF, and HPL.

You will monitor machine performance, maintain the workstation, and work to meet strict processing times while delivering solid, high-quality end results. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and English at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of woodworking CNC machines.
• Work experience in a similar environment.
• B2 English language level is required.

Job description

What you’ll do:

As a machine woodworker, you are responsible for processing panel materials such as melamine‑faced chipboard, MDF, and HPL using modern woodworking machinery. You monitor the production quality and maintain both the workstation and the machine, driven to deliver a solid and high‑quality end result.

Main responsibilities:

• Operate CNC wood machining equipment
• Ensure efficient processing of parts/products according to set quality standards
• Monitor and adjust machine settings
• Process components within required processing times using modern panel‑processing machines
• Maintain the workstation and the machine in good condition

What competencies do you need?

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

€150 bonus after 300 hours worked
