Heesters Metaalbewerking in Udenhout seeks a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to manage jobs from setup to inspection on Fanuc-controlled lathes (Victor/FAT). You will select and adjust programmes, set up the piece, and measure output for quality reports.

Qualifications

• You have completed a technical education, for example in Machining or Mechanical Engineering, or you have demonstrable experience with machining processes.
• Have you just finished your education? We would still be delighted to receive your application!
• You are responsible for your own product from start to finish and handle programming adjustments on Fanuc controls.

Responsabilités

• Set up the workpiece in one of the CNC lathes (Victor or FAT) and run the required operations.
• Retrieve or adjust the correct programme for new requests on the machine.
• Measure finished products in the inspection room and prepare reports if requested by the customer.
• Carry out revisions on recurring or existing work orders as required.
