About the Role:

As an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator, you will independently carry out tasks to bend complex precision sheet metal products. You determine the bending sequence, program the machines yourself, and bend the products according to technical drawings and instructions. You will mainly work on prototypes and small series.

Materials: stainless steel, Aluminium, messing - 0,5 mm - 1,5 mm sheetmetal thickness
Machines/software: Beyeler, Amada

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in press brake operations.
Proficiency in Dutch and/or English is required for this role.

Required Skills:

Capable of determining the correct bending sequence from a drawing.
Programming and setting up the machines.
Selecting the appropriate tools.
Quality-conscious and critical of your own work.
Flexible, result-oriented, and precise.
Hands-on mentality and can perform well under pressure.
Real team player.
EU Nationality is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a family-owned company.
Ability to work independently after training.

Pay range and compensation package:

Compensation: Between €18.88 and €19.29 per hour gross, based on prior experience

Good employment conditions and ample opportunities for development. Working hours from Monday to Thursday from 07:45 to 16:30, and Friday until 14:30. Once you are able to work independently and if the work allows, there is the possibility (upon agreement) to work from 06:00 to 14:45 and on Fridays until 12:30.
