Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een ervaren CNC-turner voor stabiele werkgelegenheid met variatie en prettige werktijden. Je maakt precisie-metalen onderdelen zoals as- en flensonderdelen met CNC-draai­machines en leest technische tekeningen.

Je stelt en stelt machines in, past programma’s aan waar nodig en controleert kwaliteit met meetapparatuur. Secundaire taken omvatten het waarborgen van variatie in kleine series en doorgroeimogelijkheden naar een vaste aanstelling.

Qualifications

• Engels beheersen is vereist.
• CNC turning ervaring en Machining ervaring.
• Nauwkeurig werken met tekeningen en kwaliteitscontrole

Responsibilities

• Inspecteer afgewerkte producten en voer metingen uit; pas CNC-programma’s aan indien nodig.
• Maak onderdelen volgens technische tekeningen en strikte specificaties.
• Stel CNC-lathe op en bedien deze om hoogwaardige metalen componenten te produceren

Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for a stable job with good working hours and plenty of technical variety? In this role, you will produce precision metal parts such as shafts, hubs and flanges using CNC lathes.

You independently set up and operate the machines, work from technical drawings, adjust CNC programs when needed and check the quality of finished parts with measuring equipment. Most products are made in small batches, so the work stays varied. We are looking for someone with CNC turning experience, technical insight and a strong focus on quality. You can read technical drawings and work accurately.

• Able to read technical drawings and work accurately with different types of metal
• Experienced in CNC turning and machining, with the ability to set up and operate machines independently
• Quality-minded, reliable and motivated to learn new techniques and develop further

Wat jij gaat doen

• Inspect finished products, perform measurements and adjust CNC programs when needed
• Manufacture parts according to technical drawings and precise specifications
• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality metal components

• €18.50 - €21.75 per hour, depending on experience
• Day shifts only, with 25 vacation days plus 13 ADV days
