TNO's Environmental Modelling, Sensing & Analysis (EMSA) team is seeking a Data Scientist to manage, process, and analyze measurement data from air-quality sensors and climate projects. You will ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and availability for internal and external use.

Join a research-driven environment in Petten or Utrecht, contributing to real-time analytics and expanding IT systems while applying Generative AI responsibly to enhance data workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, ICT, or related field.
• Experience with Python and Git; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL and working with databases; strong collaboration with researchers.

Responsibilities

• Make data from the cloud available to analysts.
• Support analysts in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
• Maintain and extend data acquisition software to read and control measurement instruments.
