Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
• Support service enhancements and use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics through clientelling and outreach.
• Plan tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Engage with customers about products and trends to guide wardrobe decisions.
• Participate in community/store events and promote the Talbots brand.
• Occasionally lead/supervise others and assist with store openings/closes.
