Job summary

Louis Vuitton Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor to welcome clients and deliver exceptional brand experience. You will guide clients across all product categories, uncover needs, and build lasting relationships using clienteling tools.

Based in-store in Amsterdam, you will work weekends and peak hours during the Christmas and New Year period, embodying the brand values of passion, professionalism, and teamwork while achieving personal and store goals.

Qualifications

• Provide the best Client experience and welcome every Client.
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories.
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships using Clienteling tools.
• Drive individual and team sales goals and contribute to store objectives.
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge.
• Availability to work on weekends and peak hours.

Job description

Availability required from November through the end of December, including peak hours during the Christmas and New Year's Eve week.

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated accordingly to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.

You will proactively reach out to your Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.
