Job summary

Anteryon in Eindhoven is seeking an Assembly Operator to produce high-precision optical components in a cleanroom. You will assemble laser modules, scanners and sensors while ensuring safety and quality standards.

In this role you apply measuring equipment for process control, record work in the ERP system for traceability and support lean improvements. Strong manual skills and a calm, focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment (cleanroom) and fine motor skills.
• Work accurately and quality-oriented with a strong affinity for technology.
• Motivated, eager to learn, stress-resistant and disciplined.
• Experience with microscopy, soldering, or optical assembly is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into laser modules, scanners, and sensors in a cleanroom.
• Perform process controls using measuring equipment to ensure specifications.
• Register work in the ERP system to ensure traceability.
• Maintain quality by identifying deviations and suggesting improvements.
• Contribute to LEAN improvement projects by optimizing processes.
