Job summary

Jobster in the Netherlands is seeking a meticulous Cleanroom Operator to clean, inspect, and package components for customers in the high-tech industry. You will follow clear protocols in a modern, safe workspace and collaborate with a close-knit team.

You should be able to work in shifts (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00), speak English well and be eager to learn. Training is provided, and the company values accuracy, quality, and a positive working atmosphere.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Experience in a cleanroom or assembly environment is a plus but not required — training is provided.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
• You work accurately, independently and have a flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning components using modern machines or manually.
• Disassembling/assembling components based on drawings.
• Performing detailed quality inspections.
• Packaging components in the cleanroom for shipment.

What will you do?

In this role, you will work in a cleanroom environment where precision and quality are essential. You will work with customers from the high-tech, medical, automotive, and aerospace industries — sectors where there is no room for error and where your work directly contributes to the final product.

As a Cleanroom Operator, you will play an important role in cleaning, inspecting, and packaging components. You will work according to clear protocols and detailed work instructions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning components using modern machines or manually
• (Dis)assembling components based on technical drawings
• Performing detailed quality inspections, including inspections using UV lamps Packaging components in the cleanroom to ensure they arrive at the customer in perfect condition
