Job summary

ASQ Recruitment is hiring a Cleanroom Operator in Eindhoven to manufacture vascular implants in a brand-new ISO Class 7 facility, ensuring GMP/ISO 13485 compliance. You will perform precise manual assembly, operate production equipment, and document activities while maintaining audit-ready batch records.

The role offers growth into senior production positions within a rapidly expanding medtech company, with a travel allowance and an international, hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices or GMP/ISO13485).
• Hands-on experience with production documentation and batch records.
• Excellent manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to raise quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture vascular implants in ISO Class 7 cleanroom.
• Operate production equipment per approved procedures.
• Perform IPC and document manufacturing activities.
• Maintain audit-ready batch records.
• Collaborate with QC/QA on inspections and release.
• Identify opportunities to improve process, quality and efficiency as volumes grow.
• Support onboarding and training of new colleagues as you grow into a more senior role.
