Job summary

Trixxo in Bergeijk zoekt een Cleanroom Employee om in een moderne, schone omgeving te werken. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst, van 06:00 tot 14:15 en van 14:15 tot 22:30, met een vrije ochtend of middag.

Je maakt metalen onderdelen schoon, inspecteert op defecten met een blacklight, verpakt volgens de instructies en volgt de productieplanning. Spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels, nauwkeurig werken en ervaring in cleanroom is een pré.

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Nauwkeurig werken en oog voor detail.
• Pré: ervaring in cleanroom of metaalindustrie.

Responsibilities

• Werken in een sterile omgeving met beschermende kleding.
• Inspecteren van metalen producten op defecten met een blacklight.
• Schoonmaken van metalen onderdelen volgens werkinstructies.
• Verpakken van producten op een schone manier en volgens planning.
• Werken volgens de productieplanning en monitoren van levertijden.
• Samenstellen van diverse onderdelen op basis van technische tekeningen.

Over de vacature:

Would you like to work as a Cleanroom Employee in a modern and sterile working environment? In Bergeijk, you will work in a 2-shift system, alternating between 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 22:30. This gives you plenty of time for yourself during the day or in the morning. In addition, your working week ends as early as 20:30 on Fridays!

What will you do?

As a Cleanroom Employee, you will ensure that metal components and products are inspected, cleaned, and packaged according to the applicable quality and hygiene standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working in a sterile environment and wearing the required protective clothing.


• Inspecting metal products using a blacklight to identify any possible defects or irregularities.


• Cleaning metal components according to the prescribed work instructions.


• Inspecting materials and checking whether they meet the required quality standards.


• Packaging products carefully and in a sterile manner.


• Working according to the production schedule and monitoring delivery times using a tablet.


• Assembling various components based on technical drawings.

Wat wij vragen:

Working as a Cleanroom Employee is not unfamiliar to you. What do you bring with you?

• Good command of spoken Dutch and/or English;


• You work accurately and have an eye for detail;


• Preferably, you have experience working in a cleanroom environment or within the metal industry.
