Job summary

EW Facility Services is seeking a Cleaning Employee to maintain a tidy and welcoming office near Amsterdam Amstel. You will work independently to keep spaces clean, ready for staff, and perform routine cleaning tasks across offices, desks, toilets, and kitchens.

The role is part-time (12–17 hours per week) with morning or evening shifts, at a location accessible by public transport. Training is provided, and the employer highlights growth opportunities and a pleasant workplace.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to work independently with an eye for detail.
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, morning or evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, desks and common areas.
• Clean toilets and the kitchen/pantry.
• Vacuum, mop and empty bins.
• Use a scrubber dryer to clean floors when needed.

We offer

• A salary between €15.52 and €17.05 gross per hour.
• An initial 7-month contract, including a 1-month probation period.
• 8% holiday allowance and a 5% end-of-year bonus.
• 26 holiday days per year (based on full-time employment), plus an extra day off for your birthday!
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre if you travel at least 20 km per day.

As a Cleaning Employee, you help keep an office near Amsterdam Amstel clean, fresh and welcoming. You work independently and make sure everything is ready for the people working there by:

• Cleaning offices, desks and common areas.
• Cleaning toilets and the kitchen/pantry.
• Vacuuming, mopping and emptying bins.
• Using a scrubber dryer to clean floors when needed.

Working hours

You will work 12–17 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You can work in the morning or evening, you choose!

• Morning shift: 06:00–09:00
• Evening shift: 18:00–21:00

The office is located near Amsterdam Amstel and is easy to reach by public transport, with a stop within a 10-minute walk.
