You are often present on the shop floor and in the cleanroom, where you support operators, analyse processes, and make improvements. You are the expert in our cleaning methods, cleaning machines, measuring equipment, and qualification tools, ensuring that our cleaning processes demonstrably meet the requirements of our customers and are continuously improved.

Additionally, you work systematically on process improvements and document carefully: you secure knowledge in procedures and work instructions and support the introduction of new technologies and customer projects. You work closely with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and customers to successfully implement cleanliness requirements and actively contribute to audits, customer visits, and continuous improvement projects.

Furthermore, your tasks include:
  • Developing, optimising, and securing cleaning and cleanliness processes;

  • Acting as a technical specialist for cleaning machines, measuring equipment, and qualification processes;

  • Actively supporting production and operators on the shop floor and in the cleanroom;

  • Analysing process deviations and implementing structural improvements according to Lean principles;

  • Creating, managing, and improving procedures, work instructions, and process documentation;

  • Performing process validations, qualifications, and tests;

  • Introducing new cleaning methods, techniques, and equipment.

Requirements

We are looking for a pragmatic Process Engineer who can combine technology with a strong presence on the shop floor and who recognises themselves in the following:

  • A completed HBO education, for example, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar;

  • Experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer in a high-tech production environment;

  • Affinity with cleaning, cleanliness, contamination control, or cleanroom technology;

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement;

  • Analytical and systematic, able to set priorities in a dynamic environment;

  • Visible on the shop floor, communicates easily with operators, and knows how to involve colleagues in improvements;

  • Good command of the Dutch and English language.

Your Benefits

At NTS, we combine our passion for technology with innovative solutions for complex challenges. You will have the freedom and trust to fully utilize and develop your talents in a dynamic and energetic environment. We invest in both technology and you as a future colleague!

With this challenge, we offer the following benefits:

  • Salary from €4,000 to €4,800 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;

  • Over 40 days off: 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days with a full-time position;

  • Personal development and growth opportunities, for example, through training and education;

  • Remote work policy: 1 day of remote work per week with a net allowance of €2.40 per day;

  • Annual budget of €150 gross, usable for vitality, bike plan, or gym via the Alleo app;

  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport costs;

  • Excellent pension scheme via PME;

  • Laptop and mobile phone;

  • Free fresh fruit at work.
