Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cleaner role based in Tilburg. The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Daily tasks include cleaning restrooms, break rooms, corridors, and common areas, emptying trash bins, and replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. The role involves following cleaning schedules, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. The Cleaner is expected to use cleaning equipment correctly, handle cleaning agents safely, and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to ensure a tidy and orderly environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom cleaning.
• Understanding of basic hygiene standards and safe handling of cleaning products and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work to a schedule, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light to moderate loads throughout the shift.
• Basic communication skills in English or Dutch to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
• Previous experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
