Qualifications

• Available Monday to Friday 8:00–12:00.
• Own transport due to location being hard to reach by public transport.
• Speak Dutch and/or English.
• Cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Clean bedrooms, living rooms, and other areas.
• Dust and wipe surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms and toilets.
• Maintain a fresh, well-kept living environment.

• You are available Monday to Friday between8:00 am and 12:00 pm;
• Due to the location being difficult to reach by public transport, you have your own means of transport (car or bicycle);

• A gross hourly wage of€15.52;
• Approximately26 days of annual leavebased on a full-time employment contract (pro rata for part-time employment);
• 8% holiday allowanceon your gross salary, paid annually in May/June;
• Travel allowance of €0.14–€0.23 per km, depending on your commuting distance, from 20 km per day;

What will you be doing?

You will work independently in various residential properties at Duin en Bosch. Your duties will include:

• Vacuuming and cleaning floors;
• Cleaning bedrooms, living rooms and other areas;
• Dusting and cleaning surfaces;
• Cleaning bathrooms and toilets;
• Ensuring a fresh, clean and well-maintained living environment.

You work carefully and have an eye for detail. You understand that you are not simply cleaning a space, but are contributing to the wellbeing and quality of life of the people who live there.
