Job summary

Hirexa Solutions Inc. in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Citrix Product Architect with hands-on expertise in Citrix DaaS, CVAD, and enterprise VDI. You will design, implement, administer, and optimize Citrix environments to deliver secure, high-performance desktop and app delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with Citrix infrastructure, VDI provisioning, App Layering, FSLogix, Windows Server, VMware, and Azure, plus PowerShell scripting and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant IT infrastructure, virtualization, or end-user computing experience.
• Strong practical experience in enterprise Citrix administration and VDI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Manage and support Citrix DaaS infrastructure and virtual desktop delivery.
• Deploy and manage VDIs using Machine Creation Services (MCS) and other provisioning methods.
• Implement and maintain Citrix App Layering for application packaging and publishing.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell automation.
• Configure and troubleshoot Citrix Profile Management and FSLogix.
• Support Citrix environments running on VMware, Azure, and other virtualization platforms.
• Monitor system performance and user sessions using Citrix Director and third-party monitoring tools.
• Perform Citrix upgrades, patching, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot complex desktop, application, profile, login, and performance issues.
• Use tools such as Splunk and UberAgent for infrastructure monitoring and analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow enterprise infrastructure standards.
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix DaaS and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
• Experience with VMware and Microsoft Azure virtualization environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing VDIs using MCS.
• Practical experience with Citrix App Layering and application publishing.
• Experience with Citrix Profile Management (UPM) and FSLogix.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Citrix Product Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, and enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and optimizing Citrix environments while ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance virtual desktop and application delivery.
