myTomorrows is seeking a CFO to lead global finance for a high-growth, investor-backed healthtech platform. You will own the financial infrastructure, governance, and capital strategy across the Netherlands, US, and beyond, partnering with the CEO and Supervisory Board to drive value and scale.

This hybrid role is anchored at our Amsterdam HQ and requires cross-border expertise and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO or strong CFO-1 experience in a high-growth, investor-backed business.
• Buy-side M&A execution with deal structuring, diligence, and post‑deal integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with transfer pricing, intercompany structures, and cross-border revenue recognition across regions.
• Direct experience with board reporting rhythms, governance, and sponsor expectations.
• Exposure to regulation-heavy environments, ideally healthcare, life sciences, or similar sectors.
• Led a lean, high-impact finance team and demonstrated ability to scale finance functions.
• Experience fundraising or exit processes, including equity, debt, or strategic sales.

The Mission

As our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), based at our Amsterdam headquarters, you will be a central member of the Leadership Team and a close strategic partner to the CEO. You will not simply run a finance function. You will build the financial infrastructure, governance, and discipline that this next chapter of growth demands, across a business spanning technology, regulated healthcare services, and multiple jurisdictions.

The Challenges

As CFO, you will step into the trenches to tackle four defining challenges:

• Leading buy-side M&A execution: You will be the primary financial architect behind our inorganic growth. As myTomorrows evaluates acquisitions and strategic partnerships to complement organic growth, you will lead deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, and integration from a buyer’s seat, bringing real process discipline to a company entering its first phase of consolidation.

• Architecting for multi-jurisdiction complexity: You will own the financial structure connecting our operations across the Netherlands, the US, and India. This means building robust transfer pricing policies, intercompany arrangements, and multi-party revenue recognition frameworks that hold up to investor and regulatory scrutiny as the business scales across borders.

• Being a credible investor partner: You will serve as the finance function’s primary interface to our Supervisory Board. You will bring investor-grade reporting rhythms, board governance discipline, and the judgment to translate operational reality into the language our sponsor and Board expect.

• Preparing for future fundraising and exit: You will help set the company up for its next capital event, whether that is a follow-on raise, a strategic sale, or another form of exit. This means building the financial track record, audit readiness, and data room discipline that institutional buyers and investors expect, well ahead of any process actually starting.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience & Technical Depth

• Proven CFO or strong CFO-1 experience in a high-growth, investor-backed business, ideally in healthtech, healthcare services, life sciences, or another complex international platform environment.

• Buy-side M&A execution is a firm requirement. You have led acquisitions from the buyer’s side, not only sell-side or advisory M&A, and can speak credibly to deal structuring, diligence, and post-deal integration.

• Multi-jurisdiction financial complexity : hands-on experience with transfer pricing, intercompany structures, and multi-party revenue recognition across at least two of the following: Europe, the US, and Asia.

• Institutional governance familiarity : direct experience with board reporting rhythms, supervisory board obligations, and the accountability that comes with a private equity or growth equity sponsor.

• Regulated sector navigation : exposure to compliance-intensive environments, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or another highly regulated domain.

• Leading a lean senior team : you have led finance at this scale and know how to raise the ceiling of a small team rather than solving it with headcount.

• Fundraising and exit experience: you have run or closely supported a capital raise, whether equity, debt, or both, and ideally have direct exposure to a sale process, IPO, or other exit event. You know what “diligence-ready” actually means in practice.

• A Strategic Connector: You translate financial complexity into a clear narrative for the CEO, Supervisory Board, and cross-functional leaders, building alignment and confidence in the numbers.

Please note: this is a hybrid role, combining flexible home-office days with regular days at our Amsterdam headquarters. Because we value face-to-face collaboration during the week, we are looking for candidates who already live within commuting distance. We cannot provide fully remote options.

The Financial Foundation Today

You will inherit a finance function with a solid FP&A core and real scope to build:

• Structure: A multi-entity organization spanning the Netherlands, the US, and an operational hub in India, with growing cross-border complexity.

• Team: A lean, capable team of five. A finance lead as your direct report with three people behind her, plus Revenue Operations, giving you direct influence over pipeline, forecasting, and pricing rather than a view from the sidelines.

• Reporting: FP&A and performance reporting capability already in place; the priority now is professionalizing controls, governance, and investor-grade reporting infrastructure around it.

• Ownership: A Supervisory Board and a committed institutional sponsor, Avego Healthcare Capital, with clear expectations on growth economics, capital allocation, and value creation.

• Growth model: Organic growth complemented by inorganic opportunities, with M&A and strategic partnerships expected to play an increasing role in the company’s next phase.

What 12-18 Months of Success Looks Like

• When you look back at your first year and a half, you will have successfully:

• Led or materially advanced one or more buy-side M&A processes, demonstrating deal discipline from sourcing through integration.

• Established a robust multi-jurisdiction financial architecture, including transfer pricing policy and intercompany structures that hold up under scrutiny.

• Built investor-grade financial governance and greater confidence in data quality across the business.

• Strengthened the finance team and its standing with business leaders, while building on the FP&A foundation already in place.

• Become a trusted partner to the CEO and Supervisory Board, with a reporting rhythm that meets institutional ownership expectations.

• Helped shape a clear financial roadmap for international scale and long-term value creation.
