MÜNZING is seeking a dynamic sales professional for the Benelux region with a focus on the Netherlands to drive growth in coatings and additives. You will maintain strong customer relationships, promote technical products, and lead application technology projects across Europe.

The role requires a degree in chemical engineering or natural sciences, 3+ years in sales, Dutch and English proficiency, and a willingness to travel extensively, including international trips to Abstatt, Germany.

Formación

• Degree in chemical engineering or natural sciences.
• Minimum 3 years in sales or related functions.
• Experience in paints/coatings, construction chemicals, inks, or adhesives.
• Experience promoting technical products and training customers.
• Fluency in Dutch (native preferred) and English at least B2.
• Willingness to travel >50% with international trips.
• Valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Expedite marketing and sales objectives with growth.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships in Benelux, focusing on the Netherlands.
• Initiate and coordinate application technology projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service combining technical expertise with purchasing and supply chain insights.
• Collaborate with application tech, product management, and sales colleagues in Europe.
