Chef-monteur W – Heijmans

Heijmans Drachten seeks an experienced Chef-monteur to manage installation projects across Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe. You will be responsible for project execution, client coordination, safety and budget oversight in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish a structured work environment and efficient use of resources.
• Act as the primary client contact and guide the team to minimise process disruptions.
• Provide technical support to servicemonteurs and occasionally execute complex maintenance tasks.
• Ensure social safety and monitor budget compliance.
• Coordinate with the in‑field and out‑field teams, acting as a key liaison.
• Plan your work schedule with flexibility, attending fixed locations as needed.

Qualifications

• MBO diploma level 4 in installatietechniek.
• Extensive experience in utiliteitsbouw and installation of systems in existing buildings.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong knowledge of metering and regulation technology, with a passion for sharing expertise.
• Willingly assume leading duties in complex projects and troubleshooting.
