Haldu Group, located in the Venlo region, is seeking a Cheese Factory Operator to oversee production from milk reception to ripening, ensuring machines run smoothly and cheese quality remains high.

The role involves monitoring processes, performing quality checks, and recording data while contributing to a clean, safe environment. A 36-hour work week with shifted day shifts is offered, with onboarding and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Cheese Factory Operator or within a similar production environment.
• Strong technical insight to operate complex machinery and resolve minor malfunctions.
• Highly accurate with a keen eye for quality, initiative, and a proactive mindset toward process improvements.
• Driver's licence and ability to drive required.
• Eager to learn and open to following training courses for professional development.
• Willing to share a room with other tentants.
• Willing to work in different shifts with partner
• B1 English or Dutch
