Hunkemöller is seeking an Assistant Channel Merchandiser to work with the Junior Channel Merchandiser and broader teams, translating sales, stock, availability and market insights into practical actions. You will collaborate across Product Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, Central Planning, Allocation and Supply Chain to ensure channel insight reaches the right teams.

Formación

• Around 2-4 years experience in channel merchandising, merchandising, e-commerce or with a third-party retailer.
• Experience analysing sales, stock, availability, customer behaviour or channel performance.
• Strong Excel, reporting and presentation skills.
• A good understanding of trading, allocation, assortment, width and depth, and customer behaviour.
• The ability to interpret best sellers, slow movers, size performance, availability gaps and stock imbalances.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Commercial curiosity and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse sales, margin, stock, availability, sell-through, markdown, best sellers and slow movers across your assigned channel scope.
• Identify emerging commercial risks, opportunities and performance trends.
• Gather and interpret customer, partner, digital and competitor insights.
• Support channel assortment analysis, including width, depth, option productivity, price positioning and customer relevance.
• Prepare channel trading reviews that clearly communicate performance, commercial implications and recommended actions.
• Support promotional, campaign and launch analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
