Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field; high school diploma acceptable with experience.
• Minimum 4 years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing or related bioprocessing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for cell therapy.
• Strong on-floor leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Proficiency with GMP documentation, SOPs, batch records and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOP and batch record operations to ensure compliant production.
• Lead frontline teams and cross-functional groups (QA, QC, IT, MFG, MSAT, SC&L).
• Own deviations, investigations, CAPA development and change controls.
• Oversee daily production planning and ensure safety, quality and RFT.
• Maintain cleanroom and manufacturing environment per regulatory standards.
