Job summary

VERSADO Personeelsdiensten in Venlo is seeking an experienced CE driver for temperature-controlled transport across the Netherlands and abroad. You’ll ensure safe, on-time delivery of fresh cargo and help with loading and unloading.

You’ll drive national and international routes, including Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy, with flexible hours and weekend shifts. A valid CE license and 3 years’ tractor-trailer experience required.

Qualifications

As a CE driver, you'll ensure the safe and timely transport of fresh cargo. You can work both nationally and internationally. Will you soon be stepping into the cabin as our new CE driver?

Our client is an innovator in temperature-controlled transport for fresh fruit and vegetable products. Every day, they plan routes through the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy. Their fleet of 250+ specialized tractors and trailers, each equipped with advanced cooling systems, guarantees top quality with every delivery. Together, they bridge continents, preserve freshness, and protect nutritional value. They know that fresh products aren't always on the road, so they also offer warehousing. These modern, refrigerated warehouses are the perfect location for repacking, labeling, and quality control of fresh products.

To transport all these fresh products, they are looking for national and international drivers who do more than just cover kilometers. The international drivers cross borders and deliver goods to every corner of Germany, sometimes even to Austria and Switzerland. National drivers stay a bit closer to home and embark on their own adventure. Every day, the trucks drive to the picturesque Westland, growers, ports, and vegetable auctions in both the Netherlands and Belgium. During your workday, you're not just behind the wheel, but you also roll up your sleeves. You actively help load and unload the truck using an electric pallet truck (EPT) or hand pallet truck. Key Requirements

• You have a valid CE driving license and at least 3 years of demonstrable experience with a tractor-trailer or combination vehicle
• Experience driving, loading, and unloading fruit and vegetables and using an EPT or hand pallet truck.
• Good command of the Dutch and/or German language and a claim-free record.
• Flexible attitude regarding working hours and willingness to work weekends.

Terms of employment in accordance with the collective labor agreement (cao) for Road Freight Transport.
