Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably within packaging-related spend.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Proven negotiation expertise with a record of achieving successful, value-driven agreements.
• Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and translating insights into action.
• Skilled in relationship and project management, comfortable working in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, and familiar with procurement tools and processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field).

Job Purpose:
