Job summary

Abiant zoekt een tiimmeraar 2 voor diverse bouwprojecten in Surhuisterveen. Je werkt vroeg op de locatie en reist naar de bouwplaats met het team. Je voert timmerwerk uit van constructie tot afwerking aan huizen, schuren en renovaties.

Het werk is 40 uur per week. Je werkt in een hecht team met ruimte voor ontwikkeling via Abiant Academy en een goede pensioenregeling via STIPP vanaf de eerste werkdag.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau vereist.
• Ervaring in constructie of timmerwerk.
• Beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week.
• Bereid VCA-certificaat te behalen.
• Goede beheersing van Engels, basis Nederlands is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Voer diverse timmerwerkzaamheden uit, van constructie tot afwerking.
• Werk samen met het team en overleg op de bouwplaats.
• Verzorgingen voor kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens werkzaamheden.
• Begeleiding en uitvoering van projecten zoals schuren en woningen.

Do you enjoy working with your hands and collaborating on diverse construction projects? As a carpenter 2, you’ll contribute to building barns, homes, and more together with a close-knit team.

Over de vacature:

As a carpenter 2, you start your workday early at the location in Surhuisterveen. After a cup of coffee and a brief meeting, you and your colleagues travel to the construction site. Your projects range from building a livestock barn or storage facility to constructing or renovating a house. You carry out various carpentry tasks, from structural work to finishing. Working together and coordinating with your team are key parts of your day. At the end of the day, you go home with satisfaction, seeing what you’ve achieved together.

Wat wij vragen:

• MBO level of education
• Experience in construction or carpentry
• Available for 40 hours per week
• Willing to obtain a VCA certificate (if not already in possession)
• Good command of English, basic Dutch is a plus
