Zusammenfassung

CSC, a global business and financial services firm, seeks a Company Lawyer for the Capital Markets team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on Dutch law, corporate governance, and supporting complex structured finance transactions across asset classes.

You will collaborate with multinational clients, manage filings and governance documentation, and mentor junior colleagues, all within a hybrid work arrangement in Amsterdam.

Qualifikationen

• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Dutch law and corporate governance.
• Experience supporting multinational clients in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary legal contact for complex clients and structures in Global Capital Markets.
• Provide Dutch law corporate and governance guidance and documentation support.
• Ensure entities remain compliant with local and international laws, including Wft requirements.
• Assist with establishing and administering corporate, fund, and private legal structures in the Netherlands.
• Provide corporate secretarial support and transactional assistance (resolutions, filings, governance docs).
• Maintain accurate statutory records and entity documentation for client portfolios.
• Coordinate legal deliverables and stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Act as gatekeeper to protect integrity of financial system through compliance-aware decisions.
• Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
