Job summary

FrieslandCampina zoekt een Campus & Event Recruiter binnen het Corporate Talent Acquisition-team. Je bouwt een sterke campus-pijplijn en organiseert recruitment events, terwijl je studenten en jonge talenten begeleidt van intake tot onboarding.

Je werkt aan samenwerkingen met HBO/WO-instellingen in Nederland, gebruikt SHL-beoordelingen en zorgt voor een uitstekende kandidaatervaring. Een hybride werkomgeving en doorgroeimogelijkheden staan centraal.

Qualifications

• HBO of Master’s degree bij voorkeur in HRM, Commerce, Business of Marketing.
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; extra talen zijn een voordeel.
• 1+ jaar relevante ervaring in Talent Acquisition/Events.
• Zelfstandigheid en klantgerichte houding.

Responsibilities

• Bouw en onderhoud een sterke talentenpijplijn door campusbezoeken en het organiseren van recruitment-evenementen.
• Identificeer en betrek passief talent door langdurige relaties met HBO/WO-instellingen in Nederland op te bouwen.
• Beoordeel kandidaten met SHL om vaardigheden, potentieel en culturele fit te evalueren.
• Zorg voor een uitstekende kandidaatervaring gedurende het hele wervingsproces.
• Ontwerp en voer creatieve wervingsinitiatieven uit, inclusief eigen evenementen, webinars en schooldeelnames.
• Begeleid en ondersteun stagiaires bij schoolvereisten en dagelijkse leer- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten.
• Werk nauw samen met Talent Acquisition Partners en beheer vacatures van intake tot onboarding.

We, team Capability Talent Acquisition NL FrieslandCampina Netherlands, are looking for a colleague as Campus & Event Recruiter. Within the Corporate Talent Acquisition team we work with 20+ colleagues on our purpose 'Nourishing by Nature' and of course hire great talent.

You will manage a range of recruitment activities including attracting and selecting graduates, apprentices, year outs and work experience talent across our various sectors and businesses. You will play a key role in identifying FrieslandCampina’s future workforce and meeting business demands, while ensuring the best possible candidate experience. In this role you will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and independently manage vacancies from intake to onboarding. You will guide interns, support them in meeting their school requirements, and supervise their day to day learning activities.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by visiting campuses and organizing impactful recruitment events.
• Identify and engage passive talent by building long term relationships with WO and HBO institutions across the Netherlands.
• Assess candidates with precision using SHL to evaluate skills, potential and cultural fit.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Design and execute creative talent sourcing initiatives, including in house events, webinars, school collaborations and intern focused activities.
• Guide and support interns, helping them meet school requirements and overseeing their daily learning and development.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and independently manage assigned vacancies from start to finish.

• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Passionate about Talent Acquisition, Commercial activities or Events, with 1+ years of relevant experience

• Empathic and committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
• Able to work independently

Employment benefits:

• Salary between € 3,250 and € 4,400 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
• A work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 10% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.
• Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train card and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way).
• 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 hours.
• A laptop, phone and home office equipment to support flexible working.
