Job summary

SPIE is seeking a Calculator Beheer & Onderhoud to translate customer needs into integrated cost calculations and pricing strategies. You will maintain an overview, ensure quality and bring together technical disciplines across the team.

You will collaborate with bid managers, specialists and fellow calculators to drive accurate estimates and handovers to implementation, while monitoring progress and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO technical degree or equivalent.
• Practical experience in service, maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations and/or building maintenance.
• Skills in budgeting, cost pricing, and Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tenders and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated cost calculations for maintenance contracts (regie, lumpsum, unit prices).
• Unravel requests, remove ambiguities and identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare calculations, request quotes and coordinate with Purchasing.
