Delta Electronics EMEA seeks a qualified finance professional to drive reporting, forecasting and budget processes across operations. You will coordinate with operations and finance, contribute to strategy planning, and deliver timely financial analysis for senior stakeholders.

The role requires IFRS proficiency, SAP and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, plus fluency in English and Mandarin. Based in the Netherlands, it offers a challenging environment with cross-regional exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years accounting experience.
• Experience in financial reporting and with external auditors.
• Familiar with IFRS compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools; SAP experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong planning, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual operation performance reporting and analysis for product heads and regional head.
• Prepare monthly performance reporting for the Business controlling function.
• Coordinate monthly rolling forecast with operations and finance.
• Conduct efficiency studies of functions and operations.
• Support strategy planning.
• Coordinate yearly budget preparation and planning.
• Provide timely information to support operation decision-making and improvement.

Job Description

• Good experience in financial reporting, working with external auditors, familiar with IFRS compliance
• Good Microsoft tools skills and familiar with SAP, preferably with operational experience
• Language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent planning and analyzing skills
• Excellent presentation skills and detail-oriented person
