The company supports businesses, entrepreneurs, and municipalities to meet the growing demand for EV chargers with customized solutions. Our partner develops, constructs, and manages solar parks, charging stations, and energy storage systems.

The role involves identifying and pursuing business prospects, cultivating strategic alliances, and boosting revenue growth in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle (EV) charging sector. Your contribution will be instrumental in expanding our market presence in Germany, Denmark, and Norway by targeting and establishing partnerships with corporate clients like hotels, restaurants, and shopping centres.

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow market developments, spot trends, analyse the competitive landscape, and identify potential expansion opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential business prospects that align with the company's strategy and objectives.
  • Cultivate new partnerships by pinpointing and approaching potential clients to explore collaboration possibilities.
  • Engage with clients to grasp their needs and propose customized solutions to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from generating leads to negotiating contracts and finalizing agreements.
  • Lead negotiations and establish cooperative agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
About You:
  • Business Development expertise, especially within a start-up setting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive in solving problems and navigating complex sales processes.
  • Focused on achieving results and driving growth.
  • Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
