Job description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Development Intern to support partnerships, client outreach, day-to-day business development activities, and general support for the Brand Division. This internship is ideal for a student or early-career candidate who is an excellent communicator, commercially minded, and eager to learn the fundamentals of business development in the games industry. You will join a lean but dedicated team working across multiple communities, platforms, and games such as Black Desert, Crimson Desert, and upcoming releases such as DokeV and PLAN 8. This position offers hands‑on experience and mentorship, with a unique opportunity to contribute directly to how Pearl Abyss's current and future titles achieve their EMEA goals.

Responsibilities

• Help research and identify potential partners, vendors, and collaboration opportunities that align with company objectives
• Support scheduling, agendas, and follow‑ups for partner meetings and calls
• Prepare draft meeting minutes, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders under the guidance of the team
• Contribute to market, competitor, and industry research
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts, including across languages and time zones where relevant
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive business and partner information

Requirements

• Currently a registered student at a Dutch university

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Available to commit to an internship of at least 32 hours per week for a minimum period of 3 months
