Job summary

Blue Rabbit in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst to bridge business and technology in SAP‑centric transformations, focusing on Finance, Supply Chain, or Commerce. You will analyse and map end‑to‑end business processes, translate business needs into functional requirements, and work with EU partners to ensure alignment with the S/4HANA roadmap and future operating model.

• Proven track record as SAP Business Analyst in large or complex transformations.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, SCM).

• Ability to translate business needs into functional designs and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels and a curious mindset.

As a Senior SAP Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business and technology in SAP-centric transformations, focusing on Finance, Supply Chain, or Commerce. You will analyse and map end-to-end business processes, translate business needs into functional requirements, and work closely with our network of EU-based technology partners to ensure solutions align with the customer's future operating model and their S/4HANA roadmap. You will play a key role in fit-gap analyses, process design, testing, and the adoption of new ways of working.

• Have a proven track record as an SAP Business Analyst in large or complex transformations (e.g., ERP implementations, SAP modernization).
• Have deep functional knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, SCM).
• Have a deep knowledge and understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., O2C, P2P, Supply Chain, Finance).
• Have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional designs.
• Are a strong communicator who builds trust with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to management.
• Are curious and critical, and assess new technologies based on the value they bring.
