Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to tackle real-world challenges by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and supporting strategies that push the grocery experience forward.

You will work with experienced analysts, gain mentorship, and be prepared for a potential full-time role. Availability is 4–6 months; EU citizenship and English fluency are required.

As a Business Analyst Intern at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impact—you’ll analyze data, help identify opportunities, and support strategies that push boundaries and redefine the grocery shopping experience. You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative team in a fast-paced, innovative environment. During this internship, you’ll have the chance to work closely with experienced analysts, gaining mentorship and developing the skills needed to be well-prepared for a potential Business Analyst full-time role with us.

Your superpowers

• You are currently enrolled in aMaster’s programsuch as Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or Production Engineering; Mathematics; Econometrics; AI; or equivalent
• Passion for data analytics and business consulting
• Your communication skills allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information for your team
• You are fluent in both verbal and written English
• You have an EU citizenship available
• Availability: at least 4-6 months for a Regular Internship or a Master Thesis internship

Attractive package
