We're looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys making sense of complexity.

This isn't a role for someone who simply gathers requirements and moves on. We're looking for someone who's genuinely curious about how the business works, enjoys connecting people, processes and technology, and wants to help shape better solutions.
You'll work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, business stakeholders and technology partners, helping turn ideas and challenges into tangible improvements.
There isn't a perfect checklist for success in this role. But the people who thrive here are usually the ones who are naturally curious, take ownership, follow through on their commitments and enjoy understanding how the business really works. They build relationships across teams, connect dots others don't see, and aren't afraid to ask "why?" before proposing a solution. The technical side can be learned. Curiosity, initiative and trust are what really make the difference.
