Overview

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Break-Fix Technician to perform hardware installations and repairs in a Data Center. This includes the installation of servers and components into racks, following detailed instructions and schematics provided by the client. The technician will use existing infrastructure and adhere to specified guidelines to ensure precise placement and secure installations. The technician will utilize basic cabling and troubleshooting skills to address connectivity issues, ensuring optimal network performance. They will follow detailed instructions to maintain and repair cabling infrastructure as needed. After completing each task, the technician will document maintenance and repairs, providing comprehensive reports and adhering to the client\'s documentation standards.

Responsibilities

1. Installation Services: The candidate will deliver the installation of servers and components into racks within the client’s Data Center, following detailed instructions and schematics provided by the client to ensure precise placement and secure installations.
2. Cabling and Connectivity Maintenance: Upon task completion, the technician will provide solutions for connectivity issues using basic cabling and troubleshooting skills, and document all maintenance and repair activities per the client\’s documentation standards.
