Job summary

Under Armour in Roermond, Netherlands, is seeking a Sales Associate for a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver outstanding customer service, recommend apparel and footwear, and process transactions at the point of sale.

This role involves stocking, merchandising, and supporting omni-channel requests. The ideal candidate is at least 16 years old with strong communication skills, comfortable with technology, and available for a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in some regions)
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held devices, computers)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge about our products with customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Collaborate well within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Promote loyalty through the Rewards program
