Job summary

The Albus Hotel Amsterdam City Centre is looking for an enthusiastic Housekeeping Employee to maintain pristine rooms and public areas in a luxury boutique setting. You will clean and prepare rooms, change bedding and replenish amenities, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

We value attention to detail, reliability and a team-oriented mindset. The position is based in Amsterdam and requires flexibility, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, reliable and accurate in work.
• Eye for detail and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare hotel rooms to high standards.
• Change bed linen and replenish towels and amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture and surfaces.
• Identify and report issues or inventory shortages.
• Keep public areas clean and well-presented.
• Handle cleaning products and guest belongings with care.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reception and other departments.
• Contribute to a pleasant guest experience.
