Job summary

Swinkels Family Brewers in the Netherlands seeks an Allround Operator to support a bottling line across multiple workstations. You will participate in the zone’s smooth production flow, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure timely targets are met.

Responsibilities include minor fault handling, cleaning, and quality checks. You will communicate in Dutch and English to coordinate with the team and supervisors, and you may cover Team Leader duties when needed.

Qualifications

• MBO 3 diploma and experience in a production environment.
• Willing to work in a 5-shift schedule.
• Good Dutch and English communication.
• Ability to operate, adjust, maintain and clean production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a smooth production flow as part of the team.
• Manage all workstations within one zone and operate, set up, maintain and clean machines; handle basic faults.
• Perform quality checks to ensure end products meet standards.
• Step in as Team Leader in their absence to ensure planned production targets are met.
