Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Integration Specialist for a live entertainment partner based in the Netherlands. You’ll own Boomi-driven integrations across marketing, ticketing, ERP, and core business systems, ensuring reliable data movement and stable connectivity.

You’ll design, implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve integrations while collaborating with IT, Product, Operations, developers, and external partners to shape scalable architecture and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with integrations in complex environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of Boomi and integration patterns (ETL, publish/subscribe, orchestration).
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation.
• Solid understanding of ERP, HRIS, ticketing, and CRM platforms.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across data pipelines, middleware, APIs, and endpoints.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed tech teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities for stakeholders.
• Experience with BigQuery or data warehouse migrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments is advantageous.
• Experience integrating marketing and ticketing platforms (AudienceView or similar).
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of Boomi integration flows, including maintenance and improvements.
• Design and implement new integrations across ticketing, marketing, ERP, and core systems.
• Ensure reliable and scalable data movement between internal and external systems.
• Build and maintain logging, alerting, and monitoring to identify integration issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across data flows, middleware, APIs, and endpoints.
• Collaborate with developers, IT partners, vendors, and stakeholders on architecture decisions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, including specs and change management.
• Contribute to evaluation of future middleware and integration technologies.
• Support reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the integration architecture.
• Coordinate with Group IT, Product, and Operations to meet business requirements.
