Job summary

WerkTalent in the Netherlands seeks candidates for logistics or production roles that offer quick start and development opportunities.

Responsibilities include scanning orders, packing goods, quality checks, and supporting production or machine operation. You’ll maintain a tidy workspace, handle warehouse goods, and assist colleagues to keep workflows smooth. Day or shift schedules are discussed in advance.

Qualifications

Job description

Je gaat werken in een logistieke of productieomgeving, afhankelijk van wat bij je past. Samen kijken we naar een functie waarin je snel kunt starten en jezelf kunt ontwikkelen.

Dit ga je doen (afhankelijk van de functie):

• Je verzamelt orders met een scanner en maakt deze verzendklaar
• Je pakt producten in en controleert de kwaliteit
• Je werkt met machines of ondersteunt in het productieproces
• Je zorgt voor een nette en overzichtelijke werkplek
• Je verwerkt goederen in het magazijn
• Je helpt collega’s om het werk soepel te laten verlopen

Je werkt in dagdienst of ploegendienst, afhankelijk van de opdrachtgever. Werktijden en eventuele toeslagen worden vooraf duidelijk met je besproken.

Must-haves

• Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 24 uur per week
• Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels
• Je bent fysiek in staat om staand werk te doen

Pré

• Ervaring in logistiek, productie of horeca
• Bereidheid om certificaten te behalen via WerkTalent (bijvoorbeeld heftruck of VCA)

• Salaris tussen €2.400 en €2.800 bruto per maand (fulltime) of een passend uurloon
• 8% vakantiegeld
