Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Amsterdam is offering a 5–6 month internship in the Business Intelligence Department. You will collect, analyze large datasets, and develop dashboards to translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional projects.

You will gain hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, while learning data modelling and data quality practices. Fluent English is required, with 32 hours/week minimum starting Feb–Mar 2027.

Qualifications

• You're enrolled (3rd or 4th year) in Bachelor or Master of Economics, Econometrics, or Data Science.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus; experience with PowerBI is expected.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business metrics.
• Create visual representations of data to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by managing data sources and audits.
• Learn and apply tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Assist in projects by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
